These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Infinitee website and your purchase of products and services from us.
Please read them carefully before placing an order.
By using our website or purchasing from Infinitee, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with any other policies referenced on our website, including our Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under Irish or applicable EU consumer law.

Throughout these Terms, “Infinitee”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Infinitee Store.
“You”, “your” and “customer” refer to any person accessing our website or purchasing products or services from us.
2. Our Products
Infinitee offers clothing, accessories and other lifestyle products, including limited collections, collaborations, customised products and promotional products.
We aim to display all product information, descriptions, images, colours, sizing and specifications as accurately as possible.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and photography.
Minor variations in placement, colour or finish may also occur in printed, embroidered or otherwise customised products as a natural part of the production process.
These variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, significantly different from its description or does not conform to the agreed specifications.
3. Product Availability
Some Infinitee products are produced in limited quantities.
Adding a product to your cart does not reserve the item.
An order is only accepted once your payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation from us.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include an alternative product or a refund.
We may limit quantities available per customer, household or order where reasonably necessary, including for limited drops, promotional campaigns or suspected resale activity.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website.
Where applicable, prices include VAT.
Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We may change product prices at any time. Any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
If there is an obvious pricing or technical error on the website, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.
Where a price cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, such as certain customised or bespoke projects, we will explain how the final price will be calculated before you commit to the purchase.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
You must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, delivery address, contact details and payment information.
You will have the opportunity to review your order before completing payment.
A purchase is confirmed when we accept your order and provide confirmation in a durable format, such as by email.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
- Payment failure;
- Suspected fraud;
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information;
- Product unavailability;
- Obvious pricing or technical errors;
- Suspected misuse of promotions;
- Orders that breach these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue the appropriate refund.
6. Payments
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
The final checkout button will clearly indicate that placing the order creates an obligation to pay.
Any optional additional products or services must be actively selected by the customer and will not be added through pre-selected options.
Infinitee may use third-party payment providers, including Shopify or other payment processors, to securely process payments.
We do not directly store complete card information where payment is processed by a third-party payment provider.
7. Delivery
Delivery options, estimated delivery times and applicable charges will be shown during checkout where available.
Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Where Infinitee is responsible for an incorrect delivery or fulfilment error, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Delivery times are separate from production times for customised or made-to-order products.
8. International Orders
Where international shipping is available, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless the website or checkout clearly states otherwise.
These charges are not controlled by Infinitee.
Any applicable delivery charges and information available to us will be presented before purchase.
9. Infinitee Custom & Personalised Products
Infinitee may offer customised or made-to-order products through Infinitee Custom or through direct custom orders.
Depending on the product, customers may select options such as:
- Product type;
- Colour;
- Size;
- Quantity;
- Print or embroidery specifications;
- Artwork;
- Text;
- Placement;
- Other customisation instructions.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the information and artwork they provide before approving production.
Where Infinitee provides a digital mock-up or proof for approval, production may begin after the customer approves that version.
Once production of a clearly personalised or made-to-order product has started, the order may not normally be cancelled or returned simply because the customer changes their mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a customised product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced or materially different from the specifications agreed with Infinitee.
10. Artwork & Content Submitted for Customisation
When submitting artwork, logos, text, photographs, designs or other materials to Infinitee for customisation, you confirm that:
- You own the material or have permission to use it;
- Its use does not infringe another person's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights;
- The content does not breach applicable law.
You retain ownership of your original artwork.
You grant Infinitee permission to use the submitted materials solely as reasonably necessary to prepare, produce and fulfil your custom order.
Infinitee may refuse to produce content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights or otherwise cannot legally be reproduced.
We may ask for additional information or proof of permission where reasonably necessary.
11. Artwork Quality
For personalised orders, customers should provide artwork that meets the specifications shown during the customisation process.
Where applicable, we may recommend:
- High-resolution artwork;
- Minimum 300 DPI;
- Transparent-background PNG or another suitable production format.
Low-resolution or unsuitable files may affect print quality.
Where we identify a potential issue before production, we may contact you and request a replacement file.
Approval of a digital proof or mock-up confirms that you accept the design, placement, spelling and other visible details shown in that proof, except for production defects that could not reasonably have been identified from the proof.
12. Custom Order Production Times
Production times for Infinitee Custom products may differ from standard products.
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product or order page, the expected production time for standard Custom orders is approximately:
5–10 business days.
This is a production estimate and does not include delivery time.
Larger, more complex or special orders may require additional production time. Where this applies, we will communicate the estimated timeframe before or during the order process.
13. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For most eligible products purchased online, consumers have a statutory right to cancel within the applicable cooling-off period.
Clearly personalised or made-to-order products may be excluded from the normal change-of-mind cancellation right.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products remain subject to your statutory consumer rights.
Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy before purchasing.
14. Sizing
Size guides and garment measurements may be provided to help customers select the appropriate size.
Some products may fit differently depending on the garment model, fabric, cut and intended fit.
Measurements may have small manufacturing tolerances.
Where available, Infinitee may also provide photos or videos showing how products fit on different bodies.
These materials are intended as guidance and do not replace the customer's responsibility to review the available sizing information before ordering.
If Infinitee sends a different size from the one ordered, this will be treated as an fulfilment error and handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
15. Limited Collections & Drops
Some Infinitee products or collections may be produced in limited quantities.
Where a product is described as limited, sold out products may not be restocked.
Availability, quantities and restocks are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
16. Promotions & Discount Codes
Infinitee may offer promotional campaigns, discount codes, bundles, free gifts, Buy X Get Y offers, minimum-spend promotions, free shipping promotions or other commercial offers.
Each promotion may have its own eligibility criteria, duration and conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- Only one promotional code may be used per order;
- Promotions cannot normally be applied retrospectively to completed orders;
- Some products, collaborations, Custom orders or limited releases may be excluded;
- Minimum spend requirements apply after excluded products and discounts are taken into account;
- Free gifts are subject to availability.
Infinitee may cancel or refuse the benefit of a promotion where there is clear misuse, fraud or a technical error.
Any specific campaign terms presented with an offer will take priority over this general section.
17. Gift Cards
Infinitee may offer physical or digital gift cards.
Gift cards may be used toward eligible purchases through the channels specified when the gift card is issued.
Gift cards:
- Have no cash value and cannot normally be exchanged for cash;
- Cannot be replaced if lost or used without authorisation unless required by law;
- May be subject to specific terms shown at the time of purchase;
- Cannot be used to purchase another gift card unless explicitly permitted.
Any applicable expiry date or usage restriction will be clearly communicated before purchase.
Where Irish or applicable consumer law requires otherwise, those legal rights will take priority.
18. Sale Items
Products purchased during sales or promotional campaigns remain covered by applicable statutory consumer rights.
A reduced price does not remove your rights where a product is faulty or does not conform to the contract.
Any specific restrictions relating to change-of-mind returns will be explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy and will not override statutory rights.
19. Product Care
Where care instructions are provided, customers should follow them to maintain the quality and longevity of the product.
Damage resulting from misuse, incorrect washing, improper ironing, tumble drying contrary to instructions or other failure to follow reasonable product-care guidance may not constitute a manufacturing defect.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a fault is inherent in the product.
20. Website Use
You may use the Infinitee website for lawful personal or commercial purchasing purposes.
You must not:
- Attempt to interfere with the website's security or operation;
- Introduce malicious software or code;
- Use automated systems to disrupt or improperly access the website;
- Attempt to obtain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
- Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our customers, business or systems.
21. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Infinitee name, logos, branding, original artwork, graphics, photographs, videos, website content, designs and other creative materials are owned by or licensed to Infinitee.
You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify or commercially use Infinitee's protected materials without prior permission.
Purchasing an Infinitee product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained in the product or design.
Third-party artwork, brands or collaboration materials remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.
22. Customer Accounts
Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity carried out through your account.
Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
We may suspend or close accounts where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, security concerns or serious breaches of these Terms.
23. Reviews, Comments & Customer Content
If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photograph, comment or other content to Infinitee, you confirm that you have the right to share that content.
Where you explicitly permit us to repost or use customer-created content for marketing, we may use it in accordance with the permission provided.
We will not claim ownership of your original customer content merely because you submit it to us.
24. Third-Party Services
Our website may integrate with third-party services, including payment providers, delivery providers, analytics platforms, social networks or ecommerce technology providers.
Those services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Infinitee is not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.
25. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website accessible and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may occasionally update, suspend or modify parts of the website for maintenance, security, improvements or other legitimate business reasons.
Nothing in this section limits our obligations relating to orders we have already accepted or your statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
In particular, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
To the extent permitted by law, Infinitee will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you are purchasing products primarily for business purposes, additional commercial terms may apply where separately agreed.
27. Privacy & Personal Data
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
This may include information required to:
- Process orders;
- Deliver products;
- Provide customer support;
- Operate customer accounts;
- Prevent fraud;
- Manage newsletter subscriptions and marketing preferences;
- Provide personalised or Custom services.
Where marketing consent is required, you may withdraw it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our website, products, services or applicable law.
The version applicable to your purchase will normally be the version in effect when your order was placed.
Material changes will not retrospectively remove rights that already apply to an accepted order.
The latest version will always be published on this page together with the date it was last updated.
29. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the European Union or another jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer protections, you may also benefit from rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to you.
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections available to you.
